Estates Gazette Spotlights True North’s Growth

True North’s CEO, Jill Ju, sat down with Estates Gazette editor Tim Burke to talk about her journey building a specialist flexible-living platform that’s fully integrated from investment and development through to operations.
Five years on from founding True North, Jill tells Estates Gazette: “We’re looking to scale. With the first seven projects we’ve proven the concept and how we are different.”
 
True North connects institutional capital with managed access to London’s structurally undersupplied living sector through a de-risked, delivery-led platform with a proven operating track record. The approach combines the income durability and long-term security of residential with the attractive yield characteristics of hospitality.
 
When it comes to the product and meeting market need, Jill says: “Ultimately it comes down to providing a newer way of living in cities like London that’s more flexible, more service-oriented and more community focused than what’s currently available.”
