Fenja Winkelmann

Fenja brings 20 years of experience in the real estate investment and development market.

 

  • 16 years at BEOS, one of the leading asset managers and developers of corporate real estate in Germany, where she has been responsible for private equity partnerships and business development.
  • Since 2020 Fenja has been self-employed, advising family offices on their business and real estate investments.

 

Fenja holds a diploma in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kauffrau) from the European Business School (EBS) Oestrich-Winkel, Germany and a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Hong Kong (HKU).
